Watts’ Project Management team are supporting this complex redevelopment of two neighbouring offices in the Square Mile. Originally two projects, they were combined during stage 3, a decision dictated by logistics. The scope requires the complete renovation and expansion of both buildings, including vertical extension to increase lettable area, a new terracotta façade for Eldon Street, and sustainability/energy performance improvements to achieve EPC B and BREEAM Excellent at both addresses.

Watts have been managing the client’s consultant team through a technical compliance monitoring exercise through the contractor-led Stage 4 design under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement. As Employer’s Representative, the Watts team manage change control and certify payments under PCSA. Watts will support our client through the completion of stage 4 design, the market-tested pricing exercise, and the internal project gateway process to secure funding for construction.
