Watts have supplied Project Management, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor services on all phases of the development at Leavesden Studios, Warner Bros. Works have included the construction of multiple film studios, offices, workshops, a multi-storey car park and the management of their site Beautification scheme.

During these large-scale projects, the Watts team have worked closely with the Warner Bros. in-house Projects, Operations and Facilities teams to ensure all RIBA stages are delivered with minimal operational effect to the incumbent film production companies. A tough logistical challenge that often requires intricate planning.
