Watts Group Limited announced as one of the Lot suppliers appointed to £120 Million Consultants Framework

Watts Group Limited is proud to announce that they have been appointed as one of the suppliers for Fusion21, a social enterprise which promotes public procurement to achieve value for money and financial security as well as creating progressive social value outcomes.

Watts will now be part of the team responsible for making a positive contribution in delivering social value into local communities. They will be working with Fusion21 and its Members to enhance the social, economic, and environmental aspects of communities within the boundaries they operate.

The Fusion21 Consultants Framework provides effective procurement solutions for its Members, including, but not exclusive to, property owners and managers in the education, health, housing, local and central government sectors. This provides the necessary financial savings and generates social value across a number of individual Lots.

Watts Group Limited have been awarded Lot 2: Stock Monitoring & Appraisal, Lot 6: Heritage and Conservation and Lot 10: Principal Designer, where Watts’ ability and expertise will be invaluable in the overall Framework of 12 main Lots which has an estimated total value of £120m over a 4-year period.

The aim of the Lot structure is aligned to Dame Judith Hackitt’s ‘Building a Safer Future’ report where Fusion21 will provide a range of building safety and compliance works and services that will enable Members to guarantee the safety and compliance of their asset portfolio.

After successfully undertaking a rigorous and highly competitive tendering process, Watts Group Limited are one of 112 specialist organisations appointed as part of the national Consultants Framework, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of public sector areas.
