August saw Watts National Public Sector named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Estate Management Services (EMS) Framework.

Estate Management Service (EMS) is a multi-Lot Framework Agreement available for use by UK public sector bodies and future successor organisations, which includes Central Government Departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, the wider public sector and third sector including, but not limited to, local government, health, education, police, fire and rescue, housing associations and charities.

The CCS framework covers the whole of the UK, allowing any public body or publicly funded agency to appoint the services of meticulously pre-approved suppliers and consultants, either as a direct call off or mini tenders, and with such high ranking achieved, we are confident that this will present some exciting opportunities for Watts Group Limited over the next 4 years.

CCS helps thousands of public and third sector buyers in the UK with billions of pounds of spending each year. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

As a CCS supplier, Watts, a proudly independent property consultancy that spans 50+ years and 7 offices, will offer services to include Provision of surveys, studies, and strategic advice to support the occupation of the central government and wider public sector estate, providing technical due diligence where required.
