DF Concerts & Events

Following an incidence of water ingress to the Headquarters of DF Concerts & Events at 272 St Vincent Street, Glasgow which includes the iconic ‘King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut’, Watts were requested to carry out an inspection of the roof coverings and report on same including for the provision of budget repair costs.      

Following receipt of our report and discussions with the Client on repair options, Watts were instructed to proceed with providing full Building Surveying Services for the replacement of the roof coverings and associated leadwork to the Category B listed building.  

Watts provided full design and specification services together with tender document preparation, post contract administration of the works and inspection of same. Watts also undertook the role of Principal Designer on behalf of the Client.
