Wandsworth Riverside Quarter sits beside the Thames overlooking Fulham’s famous Hurlingham Club.
The development comprises 9 Blocks, arranged over nine, twelve and sixteen storeys of engaging contemporary architecture. These blocks enjoy landscaped gardens, a fitness centre, sauna and a swimming pool that overlooks the river.
Watts were appointed in 2018 to provide building surveying and mechanical & electrical engineering services in the preparation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule for a 10 year period (2019-28) plus a 25-30 year Capital Programme for major/key building and services elements.
PPM: A 10 year plan was prepared, with separate reports for each block and grounds, to suit the service charge arrangements for the estate. The PPM covered external areas and landlord retained areas including roofs, common parts, plant rooms, central mechanical and electrical plant and basement level car parking.
Watts were re-appointed in 2024 to update the PPM’s to all blocks plus prepare a new PPM for a new residential block constructed in 2019/20, covering a 10 year period (2025-34) and a 25-30 year (2035-55) Capital Programme for major/key building and services elements.
