Watts provided building surveying and mechanical and electrical engineering services in the preparation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule for a 10-year period plus a 25-30 year Capital Programme for major/key building and services elements to the Wadsworth Riverside Quarter development that comprises of 8 blocks, arranged over nine, twelve and sixteen storeys. As well as many amenities such as landscaped gardens, fitness centre, sauna and swimming pool.
PPM: A 10-year plan was prepared, with separate reports for each block and grounds, to suit the service charge arrangements for the estate. The PPM covered external areas and landlord demise including roofs, common parts, plant rooms, central mechanical and electrical plant, and basement level car parking.
