Church House

We provided fund monitoring services for the conversion of Church House in Filton, previously office spaces, into 34 apartments. We engaged in monthly meetings with the Borrower and Contractor’s team, conducting site walks to review progress and quantify the construction works as the development progressed.

The outcome has proved highly successful, with completion anticipated several weeks before the contract date. Moreover, the costs aligned within the budget and loan facility agreed with the bank, UTB.
