We monitored the works of this development from the initial appraisal stage until completion. From reviewing the floor plans at inception and reviewing surveys related to the development site, reporting to the Lender on any potential risks.

Working with the Borrower, Contractor, Employers Agent, and wider Professional Team, we were to agree on monthly drawdowns to be certified. The monitoring of this scheme stretched from September 2021, until project completion in June 2023, with a total construction period of 13 months.
